Updated Bomb Jack driver.

-Added save state support.
-Added DIPswitches.
-Added input for player 2.
-Fixed the reset function.

And other small changes...

The last FB Alpha release don't include lasted KEV's fixes.

I added the "pTransDraw" include in FB Alpha 0.2.96.72.
