Title: "Flip screen" dipswitch in cps1/cps2

Hi,

What is this dipswitch ? It doesn't seem to do anything when i set it to "On" in both fbalpha and lr-fbalpha, is that supposed to turn the screen 180? or something like that ?

Yes. Many of the drivers I've added to fba (the majority in FBA) do not have flipscreen function hooked up. I added some functions for tilemaps that have flip functionality built in
