Seem like nobody want to teach me and gotting me confused alot ever since then. All you guys say learn the hard way. Don't stop and keep on pushing yourself around to learn. Is that is what you guys are saying to me?
Well, I feel that you aren't trying hard enough. It seems that as soon as you come across a problem, instead of thinking about it and figuring it out, you come here and ask someone to do it for you. That's not a good way to learn man.
Even the FBA Teams refused to teach me anything when I gotting no clue mosty anything.
Well, the FBA team is pretty busy. They're not particularly helpful either...
All I can do is make neogeo drivers. That is far I can go.

It's not like that at all man. It's just hard to explain things to you since you have absolutely no coding experience. I say this without trying to be a jerk, but there are few members of this forum with less coding experience than you.
All guys are doing putting me in a very hard spots.
Well, do what all of us have done... figure it out for yourself
I know there were certainly few willing to help me when I first started out.
Pushing me is making me not to release it now. 
You should keep your FBA to yourself until you've got more experience.
Believe me, there are some great builds out there.
