So all the games roms drivers that is under 2002 is ok to be in the FBA release???

I think I'm right about that.

I wouldn't release anything over 2001.

The Pochi and Nyaa is one of those games that won't be seen in my release in a few couple of months.

2005 is comming and I thinking about start compile FBA new 2002 games drivers next year around on NeoGeo games.

Yep. The top list won't be on the FBA until 2006.

Actually, no.  CTHD2003 is a bootleg/hack of kof2001.  
It will be added when kof2001 is.
