Fix and update for Shadow Force driver

Fixed a memory leak in the 3 Decoding GFX functions. The memory wasn't free due to the wrong position of some pointers.

Added Shadow Force (Japan Version 3) from MAME.

Renamed old set shadfrcj to shadfrcjv2.
