fbacache.exe source code [RESOLVED]
« on: June 21, 2015, 04:43:42 PM »
Hello,

I'm new on the forum and in FBA development (found nothing about ice breaking session topic on the forum, correct me if I'm wrong).
My goal is to work on MIPS architecture port of FBA, like on dingux A320/A380.

The version I have need .fba rom files, converted thanks to fbacache.exe tool, compiled for windows.
This tool is make by Slaanesh (don't know whether he/she is active or not - I'm a newby here :p).

I searched a lot with my friend google, and I grep in the FBA source code, but I still don't understand how fbacache.exe is working. I want to port fbacache.exe on linux (C programming, or bash script if it's possible).

Thanks to all the help, tips, ways to follow...you can bring.

Best regards,

Hello,
I'm so sorry for the question. I just understood what is behind slaanesh port of fba and so on... I wonder "cached" roms (*.fba files instead of zip files) is not used in any other FBA port.

Subject is closed.
All my apologies for my ignorance about this port.
And there is no fbacache.exe source code available....
