Hi fbn devs,
First I need to thank you for the neverending efforts you deliver on this wonderful emulator, then I would like to Ask you if would It make sense to finally have a more rational versioning after the break with the old project, like 1.0 or 0.9x when you decide to have a new release that I think it's very needed to clear some confusion generated by the ever-changing romsets of the wip versions.

Since apparently there might not be official releases anymore, maybe just the date followed by a commit id (or a shorter variant or something) might be good. Like "2020-05-24_8ef0d9".

There will be an official release. For now we don't know when and which number will have this release.
