Does Final Burn Alpha have a bloom effect?

I love the reliability and simplicity of FBA. I like the bloom effect of the CRT Royale Shader. I'm trying to get the bloom effect inside of FBA but no luck. I've tinkered with the Phosphor feedback option but it isn't helping.

Is there any way to add a bloom effect within the native options of FBA?

Is there any way to have FBA use the CRT Royale shader?
