Title: Presets question

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Fightcade, which uses the latest version of Final Burn Neo as the emulator. I'm trying to figure out how to set up default controls for the various systems, but I'm having problems. I did manage to figure out that setting up controls for an NES game, then grabbing the file from the 'games' folder and renaming it 'nes.ini' and sticking it in the presets folder will make all future NES games use those controls. But, the same doesn't seem to work for PCE, TurboGrafx 16, Megadrive, etc.

It would be fantastic if every single console system had it's own 'presets' file name. So  my question is, does anyone have a list of all known working 'preset' names, so that I can save myself a lot of time?

That's a good idea, I'd like to expand it to support the other systems when I have the time.

so far ini's supported:
cps (1/2) cps.ini
neogeo.ini
nes.ini
fds.ini (famicom disk system)
pgm.ini

Thanks for the reply! Honestly the way it is now isn't too bad, but it would be great if I could create tg.ini, pce.ini, megadrive.ini, etc.  :smilie:

I must have been thinking about something else, my initial response doesn't even make sense to me now :P  sorry about that.
Let's see what can be done to add the other systems.

All of the consoles now have their own preset file - Thanks again for the great idea!

p.s. it needs testing - if anyone would like to chip in and help test it, that would be great!
