I imported the changes from MAME 0.126u4 that fixes the OPN in YM2608 and YM2612. This means that the YM2612 core should now be as good as Kega.

I'm posting this on here because I think it may be useful for anyone who is currently looking at the Megadrive driver (kev :)).

I wonder if this will fix the scratchy sound i've been getting with the megadrive games? i'll report when a new build is out :)
