Helo i was wondering why the secret character of the game which are nest Kyo and Iori not unlockable in FBNeo?
I mean sure i can use hack ROMs exist in FBNeo romset or use mame but i was wondering what's the issue? Is it some specific rom which are not available to FBNeo or something else?

for soe reason the regular roms doesn't works like that. Hacked version already unlocks them but i needed to unlock them manually for educational purpose. Not sure but i think some specific rom either missing in FBneo or some kind of dipswitch error might be causing this.

Sorry for asking, but isn't that command working in any of those non hacked ROMsets?
Does it work for any of them?
About that "K.I." requirement... I don't remember anything about that, but commands to enable them are correct.
Go to RANDOM and do these sequences:
* For Iori: [Hold START] + [→←↖↑↗→↘↓↙←]
* For Kyo: [Hold START] + [←→↗↑↖←↘↓↙→]

Hello, it is possible to unlock them via command in fbn in the original rom kof99, unzip the file in * / config / games and voila. :cool:
