Title: Extract source files from neo geo ROM OR cart?

Just wanted to know is it was possible to do so?

Short answer: No. The long answer is a bit more complicated, but still pretty much "no."

could u explain a little more? And thanks for your response. I have been granted a license to port a few neo geo games to the iphone and ipod touch. One of the games; the company has misplaced the source files. I was sent the mvs cart but have no idea how to possibly extract the files from it.
