Cap hasn't logged on since March 28, 2008, 10:22:40 PM GMT -5:00.  Not only that, I haven't seen him on MSN either. :(  I assume he's either having hardware troubles or real life stuff to deal with. The best thing to do is just wait.

I don't know if I'm doing something incorrectly, but no matter what I have tried I can't seem to get FB Alpha Enhanced to run in fullscreen using -r and my resolution  through command line. It works for me with regular FBA but not enhanced. Sorry in advance if I'm posting this question in the wrong section.

I hope everything is fine for him and he just don't have enough time to allow to FBA E.

I can play the japan Street Fighter III 3rd Strike no CD fine, but i can't play the usa version.  How can i play it?

You can change the Region of the NO-CD versions with the dipswitches.

Well smartass, I can use cps3 emulator to play the us version but it lags whereas fba enhanced r15 doesn't.

The only reason i want to play the us version is so that i can read english since i don't know what the characters are saying in japanese.

Well, FBA is open-source. You are more than welcome to take the source from MAME to decompress the CHDs, the code for the SCSI CD-ROM interface, and then port it to FBA. 
However, I took the high road and said "Use an emulator that supports it."
To be completely honest, in my personal build of FBA the CHD versions do work ('cept for warzard, but whatever. :p).

But enough offtopic in this thread, I really hope cap is coming back, soon.
Nearly all exams are done in the next few weeks, probably he also only had some stressy exams, who knows!?

OK, I'll give you that.  The smilie is named improperly.  I think a better name would be "crazy" or something else. ;) I'll have to look into changing it.
