Title: Windows 10 and FBAlpha

I've gotten a few reports that FBAlpha runs quite sluggish on Windows 10,
I would like to get this problem squashed.
Would anyone be willing to lend me a small Windows 10 pc (Intel stick, Latte panda, etc) for development & fixes for a week or 2?  (It's got to be very small due to my living constraints.)  I can't just run out and buy one because I'm partially disabled and have no income.
I'm located in the east side of Detroit Michigan, USA.  Will happily ship it back when done!

For me at least, the current release's UI does not run smoothly (the previous one was a but worse I think). The emulation itself is fine.

I'm not sure what causes that, but one obvious candidate is the MDI window that does nothing (even MS has been convinced that MDI comfuses more than it helps since more tham a decade). The DWM fix does literally nothing since Windows 8.1, so that's certainly not the problem.

Thanks for the offer!  Recently one was already donated and I had already made the fix, so everything is good with win10 now :D
