Scanning is not working in Windows XP version of FB Neo

If your issue is about mismatching romset version, then no, romset version has to match emulator.

Generate a .dat file from fbneo and use romcenter to scan and find incorrect roms.

I downloaded and tried to run romcenter, but I can't seem to open the program.
It says there was an error and program needs to close.
