Title: load neogeo mvs cartridge

i noticed you can select the neogeo bios from the game list and select cartridges. first of all, what is this function? and 2, how come it doesnt do anything when i hit ok after selecting the games? is this just an experimental feature?

any help would  be greatly appreciated.

After select the neogeo bios you must press F3 to reset the game
