Title: When Loading Game last game played shows up briefly

Using retroarch, so not sure if this is in standalone or not, but when you load a new game for a brief second the screen shows a rather glitchy image from the last game played before it loads the new game. This isnt present in FBA but is in Neo. Not sure why or how to fix it... like it is in memory somewhere? Is this something that can be changed in settings?

Could you provide a video or a step-by-step explanation on how to reproduce this ? I can't seem to reproduce it.
