Madgear driver

I was wondering if someone could tell me what needs to be fixed in this driver, I know sound doesn't seem fixed and there is something wrong with the graphics, if anyone could help fix the driver please do so, and thanks in advance.....

From what I remember of the driver from the old days the problem is in the gfx decode. It's a preliminary driver so there are likely to be issues all over the place.

Fixed Dipswitchs.
Added Save State support.
Added clones:
Led Storm (US)
Mad Gear (Japan)
Other's small changes... :p
