Any news on the Neogeo CD progress?

Honestly I was working with the UI integration for the NeoCD driver by IQ but I stopped after I started university, I might continue in the future when the new ISO loading routine is completed, the old one is outdated and probably not the best way to load ISOs.

I dont know if IQ is working with his NeoCD driver at this point but I guess he has other goals at this moment. I really think is the best to keep working on other things for now since NeoCD driver still require lot of work and FBA already have NeoGeo with many of the games found on NeoCD library .

SeeYaa!

I don't know if it has already been asked ?

http://maws.mameworld.info/maws/driverinfo/taito_f3.c

driver   taito_f3.c

source   taito_f3.c (taito_f3.c on mamedev.org)
It's on my list (and maybe Barry's too), but there's a lot of work to do for that one -- it has extremely complex graphics and needs a sound core ported.

Puzzle Bobble is a great game and it would be a good thing to see it emulated in fba.
The Taito 'B' system version will almost definitely be in the next fba.

Any news on the Neogeo CD progress?

None, honestly. I promised that because the fba shuffle team did things the way they did that I wouldn't be touching this driver. I feel like I should stick with my word.

No interest, honestly. I'd have to port the NEC V60/V70 core and I can't say that interests me terribly. :S

Would it be difficult to see this board emulated on FBA ?

That is very doable. I'll look at it at some point, I'm sure. Though it may be a ways off yet... I've extremely busy lately.

I wrote a pretty preliminary driver.  There's no sound (nor would I expect any if I do finish this) and it's still quite buggy graphically (and kinda slow).

i've no idea why the colours are all f***ed up, there is no sound emulation and the cpu core is full of bugs.

this one:

http://www.tommowalker.co.uk/snem.html

Although I've replaced the PPU with the one from mame/mess, and i'm attempting to rewrite the rest of it so its a bit cleaner and maybe more accurate, if I can figure out what's not working properly.  Also, i'm attempting to use http://www.fly.net/~ant/libs/audio.html#snes_spc for the sound emulation.

Annoyingly, the driver seems to work better in shuffle.
