Title: patched roms?

Hi there,

i am using the great lr-FBNEO on an Raspberry Pi4.
I just recognized that Retroachievements gives me a message concerning patched roms when i start a rom.
AFAIR "allow_patched_roms=true is not allowed for hardcore mode".

I am not sure what these patched roms are.
The only ones i could imagine are the hacks i use, i only have these for SNKs NEOGEO MVS.
Are these meant by "patched roms" or what excactly are those?

OK, i have never ever patched any romsets, so i will set this function to "-false".
