Can I post some torrent files?

Well I was wondering if I could post some torrent files here on NeoSource, because they are not more than text based files.

I was thinking of sharing the Street Fighter Comic Book (eBooks) entire collection here, and stuff like that  :smilie: (not roms)

I hope this suggestion is good, if not I will respect it ^^
