Why is FBNeo updating suddenly disabled?

I went to update FBN on my Pi4 to play Donkey Kong Accelerated, and was perplexed to see a message saying updating was disabled.

I've never had this before, and no other emulator seems to be affected - they all still have their update options. Any idea why?

Well, i'm not sure there are any retropie expert here., so you should probably contact them through their forums.
