Hello,
i downloaded some roms but they do not appear in FB emulator games list.
How come ?

Roms zip names that do not appear are:
1) goalx3
2) neocup98
3) ridhero

How can i solve this issue ?

You will need the bios. Neogeo.Zip the one for fba is specifically for fba iirc. You will also need to find the correct romsets. You can uncheck "show available only" to see the set. It should tell you what's missing from it.

ok but now there is a new issue with 2 games:
1) GPRIDER rom does not work because game cannot starts
2) THEMAINEVENT rom does not appear in emulator games list

GPRIDER is a motorbike rom and THEMAINEVENT is a wrestling rom.

gprider works just fine here, make sure you get your roms from a good place.  The Main Event on the other hand, is known to not be working in FBA.

Actually, I take that back - something is wrong with gp rider - after a coin is inserted, it says press start, but start does nothing.

Who can solve GPRIDER block ?

Hey there, sorry about the problems with GP Rider, I fixed it and it will be available in the next release of FB Alpha.

ok but do u know any trick to let GPRIDER start ?

For example, i remember in mame official emulator there was a similar issue with a game and it was solved by pressing F2 and F3 at the same time on game startup......
This game was PUNK SHOT, a basketball mame rom.

No, you will need a new fba exe for it to work, check you're pm if you'd like to test..

but now i have one more problem with GP RIDER (and also for any racing rom) because i cannot enable keyboard steering configuration.
Infact i can only enable right or left steering input control but i need to enable both.
Any suggest ?

I'm pretty sure that you will need an analog joystick for games like gprider that use an analog steering mechanism - like the thumbstick on a modern pc gamepad.  There might be ways around this, but I'm not sure

so is it IMPOSSIBLE to play it by using keyboard keys to steer ?
I remember in MAME official emulkator i was perfectly able to play racing games by keyboard keys...

Easiest way - using the three combo boxes;

- select Player 1 in the first one
- select keyboard in the second
- select auto-center in the third
- click Use Preset button
