Topic: Assigning Player 1 to a second joystick for Take Turn type games?

Hi guys, good job

I was wondering if any of you can tell me how to assign FBA's player one input to two Joysticks simutaneously, so that my friend and I can play 2 player "take turns" type games online? Y'know, really old games that originally only had one joystick, but you step away from the cabinet and then let him play when it's his turn. My friend and I want to play Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Ninja Princess, etc using this method and we are using KailleraP2P.

You could possibly try cocktail mode. Though I suppose that would flip the screen.  

Hmm. Write me up a full list of games that you're thinking -- I can knock you out a custom version with some hacktacular 2 player support.

lol I meant games that are currently in FBA. Anyway, I set up Galaxian, Ms Pacman (and most other games on the pacman driver), and Ninja Princess (and most other games on that driver) to use input1 and input2 to control player1. Let me know if you think of any more games (in fba), that you'd like added and pm me an e-mail address so I can send it to you.

Seems it doesn't work IQ. My friend and I tried playing Ms Pac-Man and Ninja Princess over the kaillera. We both assigned our inputs to player 1. He tried inserting coins but nothing happened. I inserted some coins then asked him to press start, and nothing happened. I then inserted some more coins and I pressed start and started the game, then died. Upon dying, I was still playing by myself and he couldn't do anything.

Have him assign his inputs to player 2.
