Kawaks v1.59

Has to be a special date so Raz can make a release of Kawaks  :p, anyway I liked what Mhz did back then, but for those who still like Kawaks here are good news, a new version was released today, the last day of the year 2007  :biggrin:.

        * Fixed currupted graphics in progeara.
        * Changed NeoGeo M ROM sizes in to match MAME (.122).
        * Changed NeoGeo ROM names to match MAME (.122).
