Title: Windowed Fullscreen on FBN?

Hi, everyone.
I was wondering if there is a way to activate windowed fullscreen on FBN. It has come to my attention that this option is available on the alternative FBN on FightCade with the DirectX9 Alt Blitter, but it is not present on the original FBN for some reason.

Is there any way to activate windowed fullscreen on FBN?
