Question and Request regarding Neogeo CD

I was wondering is there a vertain way a Neogeo CD image has to be in order to be recognized properly?
Like I just tried the TOSEC ver of KOF 98 and It wont register in FBA, Im guessing because the filename is too long?
I tried recreating into a single bin/cue and it still wont register . any ideas?

As for my request could we please get a speed hack option like in Raine and Neogeo macros added to Neogeo CD as well?
