FBNeo speed regression

Bye,
I've noticed that in my arm board the latest version of libretro FBNeo have lost some fps in performance. With the FBNeo dated 25/07/2019 , in cps2 games I have costant 60 Fps, in the newer version instead fps dropped to 54,55 fps most of the times.
There is some reason for that? All the version are downloaded from libretro buildbot.

Apart from a few romset addition, there was no change to cps emulation for months. I think it's an issue with your arm board or your settings.
