The enhanced blitter is avaliable only in FBA 32 bit releases (Windows Binary and Windows XP Binary), probably you're using the "Windows 64-bit Binary"... in any case, the 32 bit versions can be used in 64 bit OS without problems or limitations! ;)

Thank you. but i can't find 32 bit version on the official FBA site.

Should i download the XP version?Even if i'm using Win7?

You want the Windows Binary - the descriptions on each are pretty clear.

The 64-bit version even tells you the D3D blitter isn't included.

They're aren't that many issues - and nobody is reporting/tracking them so they'll never get fixed.

Without the 64-bit version FBA wouldn't have been ported to as many devices as it has. Most of the portability came from that version - it's 95% there and should be fixed if issues are reported.
