Title: Generator changes (2.1.0)

Interface:

Removed Alternate Text option; It's automatically added if needed.
Removed bank no. from the MAME Options section;  It's automatically added if needed.
Re-ordered Misc. Hardware Options alphabetically.
Renamed '512 S Fix' --> '512k S1' and moved to Encryption Options
Added window title and "Clear" button to SHA1 window.
Fixed some reload problems with disabled/enabled items.

Misc:

Cleaned up code a little.
(Resulted in a nearly 20 kb size reduction in generator.js)


Function:

All
Fixed a problem using NULL in the Parent name input

MAME
Bank Number is now automatically added. (2 for kof2000, 0 for kof2001)
Added 0 before rom sizes less than 1mb

FBA
Removed "kotm2 fix" option.  It's now automatically added if needed.
Added 0 before rom sizes less than 1mb
Slightly changed "kotm2 fix" output
Removed "Alternate Text" option.  It's now automatically added if needed (kof2000 & clones)

I've got a few other things I will most likely add, but I was wondering if anyone had any requests?

Wow!!! good man, only I have a suggestion..
Is possible to add swapc, v and p options to roms bigger that 2 MB? just that  :p  of course if its possible, if not no problem  :D

Well, i went with what was usual for roms.  There are currently no C roms that are bigger than 2mb that use C swapping.  As for P1 roms, the ones that require swapping are usually 1mb, and I can't remember about v swapping right off hand...
