Here's an updated tigerheli.cpp, there are a few new clones added.

Updated Operation Wolf d_opwolf.cpp driver

This has the correct opwolf, opwolfb, and opwolfu sets

opwolf and opwolfu use 1 rom from the bootleg set
opwlfb.09, 0x08000, 0xab27a3dd
