Title: About Coins/Credits in FBA & MAME

Hi all! ^^, today I was playing Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo and i remembered of something I noticed some time ago, ...

When you insert 9 coins / credits in MAME it will not make more sounds of coins/ credits if you keep pressing the coin button, but in FBA it keeps making the sound of credits inserted, I think this should not happen as the credit value is limited to 9 credits.

I post this here to see if this is a current emulation problem, or if its just something that was missing in FBA.

It's a lack of emulation of the coin counter - would be fairly trivial to add to be honest.
