Now i have a different motherboard, and a different sys , i did not downloaded
the WinXP, i Bought the system in CompUSA ~ 100$...WindowsXP Home Ed.
The problem was always there,...read the following:

FIXED!... the problem was Windows configuration.. NOT-HARDWARE PROB xD
i checked in My Computer Icon, I right cliked it, then i go to the Properties...
then...Advanced Tab/Performance [Settings...] and in there i clicked Advancd
Tab and in Virtual Memory [Settings...]... i disabled the Paging File and
selected No paging file....

Other thing i did was turn on the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) option
for all services and programs in the system

And for the moment everything its going good :) like old times ^^

Bye!
:)

PD: I hope you understand my explanation :P, i dont talk much English ^^
i undestand it completely but i dont know how to express some things :)

DethXec:
It's not good to disable swapfile, especially if you use Image or Audio Editors (p.e. Photoshop or SONAR).

$yrus:
Yeah agree. Don't disable swap file but bring it on another HDD if you have two.
I have 1024MB RAM. My swap file is set to 1024MB too.
