World Heroes Perfect and Twinkle Star Sprites work without issue for me. Maybe some need retesting since the ASM 68K disabling just before release? :)

Sorry I haven't been updating this since I was working on the new NeoGeo CDZ selection dialog.

I found out something interesting, there may be something going on with the CUE parsing function.

If I select the ISO for Twinkle Star Sprites (1997)(ADK)(JP)[!] instead of the CUE, it will have BGM / SFX but if I load the CUE, it will not have BGM / SFX.

I will check the CUE parsing function to see what I can find.

Can someone post me their Twinkle Star Sprites CUE ?

I found out the problem, if the CUE has a PREGAP specified with 00:02:00 instead of 00:03:00 it will give problems. Now I just have to check all other CUEs, then I will modify the current CUE parsing code to make sure PREGAP is at least 00:03:00.

I found out whats going on with World Heroes Perfect (1995)(ADK)(JP-US)[!] if you reach the game main title and wait like 5 seconds and then press start everything will be fine, but if immediately after reaching the main title menu you press start, there will be BGM and SFX problems.

My theory of why this happens is that maybe there are some sectors being read to memory after reaching the main menu and if you press start, then the process is interrupted. But I'm not sure, this is just a theory.

EDIT: For some reason World Heroes Perfect is working fine for me now LOL, after doing a clean FBA install, tested with both Debug / Normal build.

Made some more testing with the official released binary and found out that World Heroes Perfect will present sound issues if the sound frequency is higher than 22050hz. And at least with my personal MinGW build using the latest released source, Art of Fighting 3 will have those same problems with the frequencies.

If someone else could do some testing and post back their results I would appreciate it :). I want to know if my PC is playing with me xD LMAO.

Sound effects don't play randomly. Sometimes a hit effect, a character voice, or one word for the announcer's voice. It's totally random, there's no pattern.

Edit: Actually, the announcer just says 'round 1 fight' and then it stop working until the next fight against another character, while the random missing sounds during the fight are there.
