i download fbaxp_029737 to a xp32sp3 AMD cpu
when i start up it says "Guru Mediatation #C000001D. 00DEF0FF"
help please

Hi, could you try re-downloading it with another browser or clear history first? Maybe the file got corrupted somewhere

No, there is not a problem from file, because i can open fb with my other pc(win8) from network.
And no, fb is xp version :)

i have winxp32 sp3 with amd cpu (atlhon quad core) too and fbaxp runs well

I don't know if this suggestion will be useful... in any case, it doesn't cost anything to try!
You can try to change the video color depth and/or resolution and see if the FBA works...

is there any values for fba to work?
My amd pc is 640x480 resolution because its connect to a crt screen .

The VGA resolution shouldn't be a big problem, a problem should be the color depth... IIRC the FBA doesn't work with 8 bpp (256 colors on screen), the minimum acceptable value should be 16 bpp (65536 colors on screen).

I can send you a debug version which is compiled with gcc. The official versions are compiled with msvc, and since other people have problems with them & the gcc version solved the problem, it would be worth a try IMO.

Peeking in the ylk's "Error Log.txt"... an Athlon XP ! :P ... (the clock speed isn't specified)

Now fba works and i have to say that cps3 emulation is better than mame.
By the way, can i distribute this version for people who has problems on other forums (with your reference and explanation of course) ?

Glad it helps, please don't distro it yet - it's my personal debug-build and a lot of drivers that I'm working on are half-broken (or half-fixed depending on how you look at it). We'll will probably have an official version soonish and maybe we can convince Barry to include a gcc build. (you're not the only one to have issues with the msvc builds)
