Topic: FBA Next 0.2.97.25 XBOX 360 problems trying to play neo geo CDS

Hi:
recently I got this new version of the FBA Next emu for xbox 360 ver.0.2.97.25
Id´like to know the proper way to make neogeo CD games work, i've had a lot of problems, I CANNOT FIND A TUTORIAL!! Ive searched the internet and no help was found.
By example, samurai shodown III,  the path is \roms\neocdz\ samurai shodown\ iso+wav tracks+cue
the game appears on the list but doesn't load, and the title dissappears
another path I used was: \roms\neocdz\ Samurai Shodown III (1995)(SNK)(Jp)[!][Samurai Spirits - Zankurou Musouken].zip
and its doesn't even appear on the list....the neocd.bin file is on the neocdz folder and the roms folder too

CAN YOU PLEASE SHOW ME THE WAY TO MAKE THE ISOS RUN??  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

iirc, the neo-cd stuff doesn't work in fba-next. Could be wrong though.

Lantus i think that you need some how can i say... MONEY HEHEEEH in another post i sad that isos runs fine with FSX sound etc but no music. please brother help the guys that support your hard work i can help you with donations, you can help me with a simple tutorial or simple some way to put any neogeo cd image to work, thanks !!!

ok for NeoCD:

- cdda audio (ie WAV/Mp3) is not supported
- otherwise bin/cue/iso loading is working 100%. Its the same as windows version. On the Xbox just create a folder under Neocdz/ called anything you want and place your .bin/cue/iso file there and it will appear in the RomList. If it does NOT then its most likely a bad image. Like i said its works exactly the same as the windows port.


adding cdda audio is on my list of things to do.

hopefully this helps everyone and clears up any confusion!

yes it needs neocd.bin, just place this in the roms folder

thanks....unfortunatelly the games doesnt run...one y press the launch button they dissapear from the list ... Ive downloaded some other TOSEC images but they are .ccd or .img (clonecd)

ill forget about this and listen just the audio on my pc

pressing 'Y' will change the menu to the Neo Geo 6 slot MVS loader mode

you want to press 'A' to start the game. it should work fine
