Title: FBA last build, SLOW frame rate on enhaced blitter

I like to combine enhanced blitter + 4xbrz + scanlines(grille)

But on latest builds the enchanced blitter is pretty slow , works well on my older machine, winxp  core 2 duo, + geforece 9600gt

Now on my core I7 3770k + GTX970 + Win7 x64 is pretty slow,  works well on the Directx9 alt blitter but miss the scanline + (grille) option,

Is there any way to implemento scanlines on DX9 blitter?
