Dear friends or Administrator: Video Filter for download?

Good evening dear friends or Administrator, when I tried to launch the video filter, some of them are unavaiable....do I need to download something? I'll attach the image I  screenshoted will describe everything.
Please help.

Here are the support files for HardFX Shaders.  Unzip this into "support" subdirectory:

Thank you so much Mr. Dink, and after extract to support folder, then how to use that?

Make sure it's extracted like this:

  <fbneo directory>/support/shaders/crt_aperture.fx
  <fbneo directory>/support/shaders/crt_caligari.fx
  .. and so on

Then load fbneo and select something under Blitter Options -> HardFX algorithm
