Title: System16: Splatterhouse and others under latest FBA

Helle dear FBA developers, i have a question :-)

According to the FBA's list of feature the System16 hardware still marked as supported, however is Splatterhouse and other System16's games really supported ?
I didn't tried all the games based on this hardware, but I tried Splatterhouse (on the latest version of FBA under WindowsXP) but the game seems not working at all

Splatterhouse is Namco System 1.......

System16 is just the name of the website, the system you're referring to is actually Namco System 1 hardware.
I know someone who was working on a Namco System 1 driver, but just sorta put it on the backburner - maybe some day it will get resurrected :)

In the meantime, the PCEngine / TG16 version of Splatterhouse works perfect in FBAlpha, give it a try.

Moreover you can try also the Genesis/Megadrive sequels (Splatterhouse 2 and 3)... ;)

Ops sorry guys indeed you are right, it was the Namco System 1 platform  :eek:
But i hope System 16 will be supported in the future, still some interesting games on it, crossing finger !
For now I give a try with the PCEngine version then, i see there is also a good Splaterhouse version for Megadrive too :smilie:

I think that you mean Namco System 1 ... System 16 (SEGA) is already fully emulated by FBA... ;)

I started a system 1 driver about a month and a half ago. Absolutely nasty system. It's on the backburner for easier targets for now.

In any case it's a good news to know that the Namco System 1 games will be available in one of the next FBA releases... thanks! ;)
