After more than a whole year , without a release, here we have a new version
Code:
What's New?
-----------
v0.2.95.21
This is still an alpha release!
Note that this version CANNOT be compiled with GCC!
- converted all code to optionally use unicode.
- Added a driver for 68EC020 based Psikyo hardware.
- Added the English language version of Dangun Feveron.
- Added a built-in graphical 68000 family debugger.
- Added a second 68000 CPU core. For plain 68000 CPUs you can select
which core to use, the new one also emulates 68010 and 68EC020 CPUs.
- Fixed the overclock feature for Neo Geo;
- Added a DirectX Graphics 9 blitter (see system requirements, below);
- Performed miscellaneous minor bugfixes;

Good,if the next ver can support chinese roms folder is great,^_^.

Uh oh... err... think that they'll be no more versions that can be compiled with gcc? I don't want to go and work something else out.
-
No gcc then no more FBA for me .
-
I think FBA SP/Plus v0.2.94.98 better than v0.2.95.21,not about games drv,other functions.
-
Man... I'm not sure I'll be compiling this new FBA either. I don't like that you can't use gcc and that you need a 250mb dx sdk just to compile a 6mb program...

OK,maybe you can make one mini compile package,^_^.
FBA v0.2.95.21 has 2 problems for me (chinese man):
1: compile package is so big
2: not support chinese roms path
maybe someone can tell it to the FBA team,they can improve it,THX.

I just use my compiled Mame32 more! & FBAsp now,not use this new FBA.

I am trying get the older FBA working with progear From the new source So far I have found alot of change
Anyway i do not know why they changed it so you cannot use Gcc . And many changes which has made IQ's generator useless for the new build :(
-
what made you sure they changed it on purpose? also, are you even sure that it wont be fixed for GCC later? theres a makefile.mingw in the source package so we may have a chance afterall.
as for the changes, i like it. it broke iq's generator support but it now allows for more flexiblity (BRF_OPT sounds like ROM_LOAD_OPTIONAL on MAME)

I never said they did it on purpose. But I have doubts that it will use gcc again .
