i'm intrested in testing this but for some reason when i add it to misc and try to compile fba it doesn't pick it up and even did a clean compile.
anything i should alter to make it work?

Edit your makefile
Try replacing:
--- Code: ---drvobj = d_neogeo.o \
\
--- End code ---
With:
--- Code: ---drvobj = d_neogeo.o \
\
d_tmnt.o \
\
--- End code ---
