I added code for change region in Battle Bakraid and Batrider. 8)

Now are 26 regions available! :smilie:

Nippon, U.S.A., Europe, Asia, German, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hongkong, Korea, China and World.

Changes in d_bbakraid.cpp:
Fixed dipswitches Player counts.
Changed input "Diagnostics" to "Service".
Added "Test" input.
Forced use of C 68000 core. (ASM core crash sound)
