I've seen that already supports mame game Metal Slug 6 (Atomiswave), you may see it supported by future versions of FBA?

Anything is possible, but I would honestly say it is unlikely. Atomiswave is a Dreamcast using rom chips rather than a GD-ROM drive. FBA isn't really geared towards 3d hardware.
