Title: Updated forum sofware (2.0 RC2)

As you can see, I've updated the forum software to the newest version. This version includes the nice, new, official skin called "Curve".  The old skin style is still available to any user that desires to change it back.

I've also updated the language packs.
Chinese Traditional
Chinese Simplified
Spanish
French

Why do you still use IE6? Is there a particular reason? I mean that's strange lol.
