Title: FBA doesnt see my bios

I pulled down FBA 0.2.97.29 to try some NG CD games.  I have the games in the neocdiso dir and it picks them up on a scan but wont load the games.  I've placed the neocd.bin and 000-lo.lo bios files in ROMS but it doesnt see them.  Ive tried placing them in the same dir w/ the games but no dice either.  am i doing something wrong?

it likes those files inside of a single zip named neocdz.zip in the rom/ directory
