Looks good, glad you got it working :)

For the next problem, you need to load the s1 under this:
ROM_REGION( 0x80000, "cslot1:fixed", 0 )
ROM_FILL( 0x000000, 0x20000, 0x000000 )  <- remove this line and put the load & continue stuff here
