Title: What does the Blue Check/Circle mean in the New FBAs?

IM assuming its to do with Neogeo only but its trikes me odd as to what it means, care to enlighten me?

Wasn't that related to missed files into BIOS?
Files that aren't crucial for some games to be loaded correctly, but, however, they aren't present into Neo-Geo BIOS.

Thanks for the reply, The blue Check is gone since i updated over a week ago but I was stumped as to what it could mean.
