I'd move the "Neo" a bit to the right. Due to the F's long top part, the Neo looks like it's too much to the left, to me.
Just truncate the top F part to end where the bottom part does to see what I mean.

I understand what you mean. In fact NEO is in logo center...but with optical effect, it seems it is too much on the left.

I like that better, but honestly, it still looks like it's too much to the left (it goes beyond the bottom left part of the F, but doesn't reach the bottom right part of the B). I'd just align it to the bottom right, but that may be just me.

JacKc, I love it.  Only suggestion would be to add a little more technical-minimalism to the background (kinda like the morphing fractals in the current startup background.)

I like the coloring but the shadow is
way to sharp. Maybe you should try to give
the shadow a fading blur... I can make an example
