TIP: Never scan roms

New option available starting with today's build: March 19, 2020
Do you update often (from github/appveyor)?
Do you hate scanning roms?

This is for you!

First, go to the Game Selector (F6 or "Game -> Load Game")
Check "[x] Show Unavailable"

Un-Check "Misc -> Options -> Scan ROMs at start-up (if needed)"

enjoy! :)

Limitations:
1: You will always see every rom (depending on your filters)
2: Clones don't auto-expand FIXED March 22, 2020
3: Game list won't show in Kaillera, but games marked "Favorite" will

Just always make that option turn off after we run a new emulator.  :wink:

You can get new exe's here: https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo-WIP-Storage-Facility/releases/tag/appveyor-build
Exe's from here are about 30 minutes-old! :)

Could you make in case of usage of this switch not display the missing icon but the regular one instead ?

Joaquim2020, It's same _exact_ version from https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo-WIP-Storage-Facility/releases/tag/appveyor-build or Ashura-X builds :)  The link above makes a new version about 30 minutes after code is committed!

But when i download your version, a few total games was missed down of the result difference of 200 games. Maybe is a bug?
I download now fbn-win32-gcc.7z and i check the latest version of Asura's-X rebuild.

Joaquim2020, the difference is:
[Debug] build has more games that don't work in the list, for developers (me, iq, kev, etc) to work on.  They don't work, so in this case more is not better.

EXE from Ashura-X's site is [Debug] build.
EXE with "debug" in filename on the github link is the same thing. :)
