Title: 96in1 and other multipac games

It seems I am going to need your updated drivers. 96in1 works on mame v0.117 but has a few GFX issues due to the change with the GFX Decode code. I have most of it sorted, Just a few problems remain.

Also when you have time could you post all the other multipac hacks here please :)
